The Terrazza Central Phase 1 and Phase 2 developments with their 84 well-designed luxury apartments are located in the 7th district, on one of the only available plots for residential construction in the area. The building is just a short walk from Budapest’s famous main boulevard, Andrássy út, a world heritage site. Budapest’s largest shopping centre, the Westend City Centre can be reached within a few minutes by tram. Heroes’ Square and the vibrant 100 hectare City Park are all just a few minutes away by walk.

The development of the district with serious traditions has accelerated over the past few years. Several newly built apartment houses were handed over in the neighboring streets and plenty of buildings from the turn of the century were refurbished. Fancy cafés and restaurants can be approached even on foot; as well several theatres and museums lay just within reach. Erzsébetváros is gradually becoming a district evolving the advantages of the colorful and vivid life of modern metropolises soon.

LOCATION

This area, now totally regenerated, is considered as the new cultural and entertainment center of downtown Budapest. It is a very central location supported by excellent public transportation. Most of the buildings in the downtown are protected by the government and therefore can not be demolished for new construction.

Terrazza Central will be built at on the most dynamically developing and reviving part of Budapest 7th district (Erzsébetváros – Elisabeth Town). This area is bordered by the main transportation roads of Pest such as Rákóczi út, Nagykörút, Dózsa György út and Andrássy út. Consequently the spot area has great infrastructural potential. Car drivers can access any part of the city via the above mentioned main roads while those who prefer public transport, trolley buses 70 and 78 provide direct and fast connection to Keleti Railway Station and the downtown.
